Following notification of admission, by the organizing institution, to a Summer School, Winter School, or Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), the student is required, within 7 days of receiving the admission notice and in any case before the start of the activity, to open a ticket with the Student Services Office in order to request that the activity be included in the study plan.
Upon return, and in any case only after the activity has been successfully completed, the student is required to submit, by ticket to the Student Services Office, the official documentation certifying completion of the activity. Such documentation must be submitted within 7 days of the date of issue.
The attached documentation must be official and suitable for clearly certifying the successful completion of the activity. The Administration reserves the right to carry out any appropriate checks on the documentation submitted.
Should the student submit a request for recognition as a curricular activity in position 12 for a Summer School, Winter School, or BIP that does not provide for this form of recognition, the request will be automatically excluded and will not be taken into consideration.
Should the activity not be successfully completed, the course unit previously included in position 12 will be reinstated ex officio in the study plan.
Please also note that, once the CFU recognition procedure (minimum 3 CFU) has been initiated or completed, students may apply to the UniBG call for short-term mobility programmes abroad (lasting less than 30 days) in order to be considered for a scholarship of € 500,00.
Indicative deadlines are set each year as follows: May for activities completed by the end of March, and October for activities completed by the end of September.
The documents required for the application are specified in the call. The certificate of successful course completion, including the start and end dates of the mobility period, is mandatory. Please check this page.
